You make them the same way you'd make another other type of building :/ You need to be a bit more specific about what you're having difficulty with.

I have not started yet but I just wanted to know what tools do I need and how would I save them for different  theaters. Also thanks for reminding me, yes  you helped me with this before but I just have a very bad memory.

As for the turret settings, they work on my MCV that has an artillery cannon to defend itself when moving to a different location.
