Hey guys, an update here: Due to the lack of SSL support from embeded movies from ModDB, we were forced to cut support for it. The moddb BB code still works, but now it shows a Play picture with a link to the video straight at moddb.com. I don't think ModDB has any interest on adding their videos into a SSL secure URL any time soon. So, it will probably stays like this forever.

I don't know about RA2 engine limitations, but OpenRA has pluggable traits for armament and turret rendering. See https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/blob/bleed/mods/ra/rules/ships.yaml#L163 for the Cruiser.

That's like comparing Supreme Commander to RA2 isn't it? #Tongue

Err... it already generates the code for the new player. The only problem is that it needs the pseudo-url of the old one.... hmmm... I'll work on that.

Update:

You can now try the two alternatives below:

Code:
[moddb]http://www.moddb.com/media/iframe/12345[/moddb]

Code:
[moddb]12345[/moddb]

Will you update this code for the newer player?

Hey everyone! If you have a mod on ModDB and you uploaded a movie there, you can streamed it in these forums using the BBCode below:

Code:
[moddb]http://www.moddb.com/cutoff/player.swf?media=12345[/moddb]

Change 12345 to the number of your movie.

The difference between them and the YouTube one (other than the place that hosts the movie) is that this one is a bit higher quality. Enjoy it and do not abuse of it!
