That's how i've done with when fixing most of the Civ 3 graphics. The main issue is the models would now be left-handed instead of right-handed. And the shadows aren't much of an issue for me nowadays ...

You can also edit them yourself. Since most of the frames are already there. Its just a matter of figuring out which frames are used on which one are from the Soviet Dog.
