Looks nice, though there is an issue with some textures being a lot sharper than others. Compare the bricks to anywhere else on the building and they really stand out.

Should be fixed. All the images showed for me but I guess it was cached.

InitialPayload does work on campaign maps. I've used to fill Battle Bunkers for instance, perfectly fine.
