Think of it like Steam for Tools. It would show you all tools available, allowing you to download ones you didn't have as well as tell you when tools needed an update which it would download for you.

What millisecond values(Like 10 of them) would you want for the animation speed? Current is 200ms which is 5FPS. Minimum is 16ms in Windows 7, XP i think was 20ms.

I tried adding extra data after the shp, as it stands i only tested it for a moment, in RA and RA2 it works, XCC says the shps are unknown, OpenRA crashes on game startup.
