Attachments on subsilver and ptifo!

The SubSilver theme now has attachments. I've tested topics with attachments and PMs with attachments and now I'm posting a topic to test if I can upload attachments with it, and yes, the attachments options appears here Smile

Ptifo also allows to view attachments from private messages now Smile
