I am new to final alert and have made a single player map and would like to know how to do the following:

How do i make the player start with a certain amount of money?

How can i delay actions e.g. "Action 0" -> 3 second delay -> "Action 1"

Please reply even if you only know how to do one of these things

Looking at any Westwood's mission would have showed you...

1. Edit > Houses > player house > Credits. Mind that this is influenced by the difficulty level.

2. Observe:

Trigger 1 (responsible for Action 1):
Events : Elapsed Time = X.
Actions: do my job, Enable Trigger (Trigger 2).
Trigger: disabled.

Trigger 2 (resp. for Action 2):
Events: Elapsed Time = Y.
Actions: do my job, Enable Trigger (Trigger 3).
Trigger: disabled.

Trigger 3 (resp. for Action 3):
Events: Elapsed Time = Z.
Actions: do my job.
Trigger: disabled.

Trigger 0 (resp. for enabling Action 1):
Events: Elapsed Time = Q.
Actions: Enable Trigger (Trigger 1).
Trigger: enabled.

Trigger 0 fires after some time. It enables Trigger 1, which ticks down and does its work, as well as enables Trigger 2. Which, after some time, enables Trigger 3. Repeat ad nauseum.
