Tibcraft Units (Infantry)
The Brotherhood of Nod:
- Light Infantry
This is your standard, run-of-the-mill infantry unit. They are good for taking out other infantry and lightly armored vehicles when in numbers. They are particularly effective against Rocket Infantry and Hover MLRS's since those units weapons have a minimal effect on them.
- Engineer
No C&C game would be complete with out the engineer. He can steal enemy buildings as well as repair your own. It never hurts to bring a few of these along to see what can be "commandeered."
Engineers in Tibcraft build your buildings, unlike in the original TS.
- Flamethrower Trooper
This guy really heats up the opposition with his portable flamethrower. Extremely effective against infantry, but this shouldn't be your choice against vehicles. Naturally, it can only target ground units.
- Rocket Soldier
Rocket soldiers are good for taking out enemy armor and aircraft but they're practically defenseless against other infantry. However, if you deploy them carefully they can be very effective.
- Cyborg
This is the result of Nod's tiberium testing. It's hardly human but it packs a punch and it's perfectly loyal.
- Mutant Hijacker
This guy can steal ANY vehicle from your enemy!
- Hero: Cyborg Commando
The Cyborg Commando unit has a plasma cannon simular to the one carried by the Banshee Fighter, only the power of this weapon is greatly enhanced. Able to take out most infantry with one shot and vehicles one or two, the Commando is as strong on offense as on defense.
This guy, unlike in TS, is able to get stronger and learn new abilities as he levels up.
The Global Defense Initiative:
INFANTRY

- Shotgun Trooper
This guys slow rate of fire and small range are more than backed up by his incredible firepower. Capable of slaughtering groups of infantry single handed, it is not recommended VS vehicles. Land units only.
- Disc Thrower
These low level units pack quite a punch with their explosive discs. They are effective both against other infantry and armored units but watch out. In the latest patch they explode when they die, killing most of the infantry around them...
- Jump Jet Trooper
These soldiers have the advantage of flight. They are not much use in full-fledged assaults (a SAM or so will eliminate any threat from these). However, they are very useful for scouting early on (A great way to find a good target for your ion cannon).
In Tibcraft, these guys are permanently in the air.
- Medic
This good soul will gladly march into the line of fire unarmed to heal his fellow soldiers. Keep him safe and you'll find that it's cheaper than buying more infantry.
- Hero: Ghostalker
The Ghost Stalker is equipped with a railgun, which is effective against enemy units, and C4 explosives, which can destroy buildings with one shot. In addition to that, the Ghost Stalker can heal in Tiberium.
The Ghostalker in Tibcraft is able to level up and learn new abilities.
