how could i have it in a trigger where when u destroy the building, it destroys the invisible light post behind ur base?

I'm not sure if it works in RA2 like in TS, but here's my suggestion:

make a new trigger, for example "Destroy building X". Change the event 0 into "destroyed by anything", and change action 0 into "destroy attached building". Then, when your trigger is ready, attach it to the building you need to destroy, and to the light post. Now, it should destroy the post with it.
