Hello, I'm new to all of this and actually fix the internal errors that come up (just by using the compability to win95 mode) when i first added all these goodies in and putting the patch n musics in, but when I come accross a thread bout allying comps, I've notice I dont have a rules.ini anewhere. Would u be able to help me out.

Usually you should be able to ally with comps the same way you ally with human players, afaik by selecting a unit from the comp you want to ally with and then press the "a" key.
You don't need the rulez.ini for that.
