Subject description: I'm not sure if someone else posted this topic, vague descriptions...

I'm using RA2: YR and whenever I add a civilian building, like a prism tower with civilian ownership, it's never powered. I set the building on the map, double clicked it, and set "Is Powered" to 0, which is no (correct?) Even so, I tried setting it to 1 and 0, two different bulidings, and they're never powered. Don't know what to do from here...
And by the way (mainly to DCoder) I got disableable from shell to work; I was being a retard and typed it where the building was, not the superweapon.

Have you tried cloning the Prism Tower and making it to where both the power reqs are 0 and the Powered=false are there?

Or was powered a subset of the weapon? I need to re-check my notes. *grumble* *grumble*

OR are you merely trying to make a neutral hostile form of civies to where the tower indiscriminately attacks people?

Don't touch that Is Powered setting.
Do what SomeGuy said. Or place some civilian power plants on the map, outside the visible area. Or place an inviso light post and mod it to give out a billion power units.
