Missing Mod SDK files

I have just downloaded all things required for the TW Mod SDK. This includes all required programmes EA noted in their readme file. Here i run into problems. I will quote a piece of the EA readme file to explain it a bit:

Downloading and Installing ANTLR:
You can find ANTLR at http://www.antlr2.org. Download version 2.7.7 (Note later versions may work but this is the version we tested our sample MOD with.). In the folder you installed ANTLR to find the lib folder and copy the following 2 DLL files (antlr.runtime.dll, and antlr.astframe.dll) to the tools folder located inside the location you installed the MOD SDK. Default Path: "c:\program files\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\MOD SDK".

On the site they link to here are multiple files, and i can't seem to find the right one. I have downloaded the latest version (the one on top of the download page), but it can not be installed, and the essential files for the Mod SDK are missing.

My question: does anyone have these files, and can he/she be so nice to zip/rar them and send them to me in a PM. Or a correct version of this programme is ok too

I had trouble getting the right one too, I downloaded the source instead of the compiled version.
