Hey, I just figured that copy & pasting seems to be a little misunderstood in the SHP Builder.

When I copy something from the SHP, it seems that it does not copy the SHP data (8 bit indexed colors) but the actual image data (RGB), then when I paste it it finds the nearest colors again to make it 8bit again.

The problem is, I'm using an SHP with black pixels and I'm working with unitsno.pal.
When I now copy one frame and paste it into another, all the black pixels become transparent because SHP Builder thinks they are supposed to be! Sad

So, it would be good to have actual SHP data stored in the clipboard when you copy from it... for now I need to sort this with palette mods.

Copy and paste has always been fucked up and need some overhaul... actually, the whole program needs to be rewriten. The code is too much ugly.

If i knew some fast drawing possibilities I'd certainly be available to work on it (.NET framework like the FNT Editor).
