Display problems

Firstly, SHP builder starts with a x2 zoom when opening an SHP file, which it shouldn't do, it really should start without any zoom.

Then, when you zoom out/in, the display coords are just wrong.
SHP Builder often doesn't show the first 1 or 2 pixel rows which always makes me think my render output is fucked, while it's the SHP Builder which for some reason draws the SHP off the window.

I kinda doubt that nobody noticed it...

I think Zoom was set to start with 2 or more depending on the image size, in order to make it more 'visible'. So, I'm not sure if I'd change that.

I never noticed this issue here, but I'll look into it in a later time. Actually, I need some help to be able to compile it on BDS 2006. Palette.pas is always creating some random compiler error.

Problem fixed on OS SHP Builder 3.36 Beta 11.
