Its confirmed! I'll have 11 missions in my campaign for both GDI & Nod

. It was originally going to be 10 but I desided since I like Tech Level 9 missions so much, i'll make two of them

yeah something like the secret gdi mission where you had to enter the train with the ghoststalker. and then you got the power grid mission.
