I've just made a map, and I just can't get it in the ingame map list!
I enabled it for all game modes, double-checked it's location (yes, it's in the RA2 folder), tried changing the extension from mpr to map... still no luck.
And yes I did look right. I scrolled the list, one by one, 5 times down, 5 times up. It's not in the list. Not in any game mode's map list at all.
Though I do have a *beep*-load of maps already. Maybe there's a limit, anyone know of that?

Well, tell the extension
.
If you use YR with this multilayer map, then make sure the extension is ".yrm" and not ".mpr".

If you have ra2, without YR, with this multilayer map, then make sure it is ".mpr" instead of ".yrm"
(already tried it I see Neutral)

Either way if these maps are, for a mod or so, meaning all players will already have the map, and the map has the extension ".map", then you must list it in the "missionsmd.pkt". Despite being .pkt, just edit it with notepad. But this is only for example, a map for a mod, because the players must already have the map and this "missionsmd.pkt" beforehand Wink

Actually, even without starting points they appear in the list(It just causes IEs because of player controlled units being outside the map). I don't know. Do you have a mod on your game? Or do you think your FA2 screwed up and caused a map error?

That actually worked! Thanks!

Never thought you would actually NEED a .yrm map to get it in the list...
Weird

Thanks again
