Generals Textures question
I s there a way to tell what model uses what texture. Like is there an .ini that determines which structure uses which texture. or is it all done by the model in the 3d program itself? For instance, the ABBARRACK uses texture named abbarracks.dds but then ABPRISON dosent have a texture named after it. So how could I find out which texture ABPRISON uses? I hope I'm making sense here. _________________

What I do is import the W3d into 3dsmax, and then save that file. I then reopen that file and the materials list should pop up telling you what files it is wanting. Not all units or structures have one map that is named after them, and several units share the same textures.
