A. Get a program called "FinalBig" or XCC Mixer. Both will open .BIG's
Q. Where are all the .INI's that i should modify?
A. 1. They should be located in your Data<INI Folder.
2. In the event they are not there, you most likely haven't extracted them from your INI.BIG File, To extract, use the FinalBig, or XCC Mixer.

A. You can, but I wouldn't. IIRC, leaving them as .ini's slows down the start-up of your game.

A. Navigate to your Generals/Generals Zero Hour Save Folder/Data Folder in your My Documents. Open up your Options.ini and change the line for resolution.. Sweet and Simple. QUICK_EDIT
