It's really hard to say what's wrong from those descriptions...
you better upload your rules here so I can have a look.

Now the "[JUMPJET]" and the "[MHIJACK]" have AllowedToStartInMultiplayer=yes or i won't be able to play as the 3th side at all.

I have other bugs and annoyances, but this one is the worst.

Okay, this was quite simple actually; you had left the 'BaseUnit=' as the MCV. You gotta change it into anything that you can't normally acquire, like a civilian vehicle or similar.
It also helps to define 'UnitCount=1' and 'Bases=no' under the multiplayer statistics, so you don't have to check those every time in the menu.
