Things are looking up for HyperPatch!

Keeping things short, we have movment, and some daily testing going on behind the scenes.

I can say currently we are bug testing a fix for BuildConst AND BaseUnit, so stay tuned, i got the best of the best helping me and i hope to have these features released soon.

I have to talk to my boss asking for some vacation days. I still have 7 left from last year and these scream for intensive Hyperpatch testing. Smile

Really awesome job Hyper and i'll see that i can find some free time as soon as possible to give you the tests you deserve.

Everytime I look into this, I notice something else out of place, but it turns out to be common practise (helped me learn a lot about Unit and Infantry interactivity).

Only thing I know for sure has changed from 1.08 -> 2.00 is the FlyLocomotion, and im sure I tested this with Bittah Commander that restoring the code did not have an effect...

I think it has something to do with the pathfinding algorithm, as this was changed to do a lot more checks if the landing position is clear.
IIRC in old TS when you ordered an aircraft on a wrong/impassable cell, it took 2-4 seconds until the target location jumpet to the next free cell.
After 2.00 it jumps in less than a half second. In the case of an airtransport you this way get the crazy landing cell jumps, while in the old version the 2-4 seconds might have been enough for the transport to finish the landing. (though this is just a theory)
