Merged the Swim,Tread & WetDie Frames from Cannis' Version. Also added a Paradrop Frame for it.

Tell that to Westwood. They rendered it incorrectly which is also probably why they dummied out as an Easter Egg Unit in RA2 (Getting a Spy to infiltrate Soviet Battle Lab as Soviets was a difficult task in Vanilla RA2). I just made what I could come up which might be the fix for some people. (I.E: Longer Swim Frames to prevent his Swimming Sequence to move too fast in-game and an edited Idle Frame for the Swim which produces a Ripple

That head for example is awesome easter egg, I will access it if I build Yuri War Factory and Battle Lab Very Happy

Update again...

-Added Paradrop Frame
-Fixed the North Firing Anim.
*Added Ripples to the Swim,Tread,WetIdle 2 Frames
*Added Proper WetDie Frames.
