Originally by Balou, Converted by AndrewMarley, then fixed by M7 then fixed again by me. Fixed the blue edges on it and made the idle frames less Jumpy. I've also added a Paradrop Frame for it. Currently used as the Gatling Cadre for Colony Wars.

The original model (available at CivFanatics forum) from which this was converted from is actually Deep Eyes Squad soldier from the movie Final Fantasy: Spirits Within. Was stated in the download at CivFanatics forum as well.

There is no such thing as a Phantom in StarCraft, and this is not from StarCraft. In fact, it doesn't even look like anything from it...WTF, mate?

Additionally, there is possibly every type of "spirit" in StarCraft except the Phantom...We have Banshees, Ghosts and Spectres. But no Phantoms.

I'm guessing he meant to say it was the Spectre. But Spectre's have Red Eyes and have black plugsuits instead...

But he looks like a Terran Phantom from SC2. ^_^
