This revision includes the Smooth Topologically Correct 3D Model (aka. Smooth Top. Correct 3D Model) model quality at both 3D Modelizer and 3D Preview Window. It's the Topologically Correct Triangle Model with vertex normals and vertex colors.

I've also fixed a lot of problems with the Convert Quad to Triangles functions and I've changed the way High Poly 3D Model model quality works. The results are still lightly worse than Triangle Smooth 3D Model when we extract the texture.
