I've finished porting HBD's auto normals to the program using the current system. I had to remove some of his code that actually sped up the process, but it had problems with specific cases.

The overall result is good, as long as the model is a computational manifold. If you have regions in your model where you cannot distinguish between interior and exterior, the normal vector at these regions will be messed up.

I couldn't test it, it doesn't apply any new normals at all. I took three different voxels, at some I did some changes, not on others, but neither got new normals.

I tried a test too, and also got no normals being applied.  What I had to start with wasn't messed with.
