Hey everyone! I have posted all of the voxels that were submitted to Voxelgeddon 2013. There were 8 voxels submitted altogether!
I, Morpher and OmegaBolt have tested and reviewed every voxel and I have posted them up for download at our Voxel's Section. Here's the ranking. Click at the name of the voxel for detailed review and map download:
Check out all of the voxels submitted in their respective threads in PPM's Voxel's Section. All of the voxels are available for public download. Lin Kuei Ominae, I am disappointed. I though that you will be in competition like always and get first or second place and kick some asses with Scrin/Alien stuff like always. i've also never been a voxel creator (it was always more like side product like "i made a 3d model, lets see how it turns out with 3ds2vxl")
As nice as the voxel are, i must also say that i'm a bit disappointed that all of them are again such static more or less box shaped voxel as always: no interesting walker section, tread animation or some crazy new idea like a multi-section snake movement. _________________ SHP Artist of Twisted Insurrection: Nod buildings

Although, fair play to Zero18, he had the most weird idea. His voxel has legs actually and it hovers regardless of legs

Congratz to everyone else entered. But seeing the results and my complete failure with those pink dots... (which I still don't know where did they came from considering that I thought I made my check with the correct vpl) I am not certain if I'd made the right choice with entering overall.

What the hell are you talking about?
Voxel is good, you are only one who made civilian truck. We have tons of tanks but we lack at civilian vehicles.
Also, it is your first voxel.
You are the last place, but you at least entered in competition and deserved to be last place. Actually we whose could create voxels and did not, are last place in fact.
Biggest failures here are me, LKO and Bu7loos in this competition.
I for example even almost finished voxel and was ready to release it, but I did not in last moment, because I lead one theory that its better to leave voxels to professionals, rather than create comedy in competition with my voxel. And LKO and Bu7loos did not have time/lost interest/did not have 3DS Max/did not have this/did not have that/ or found other excuses not to create voxels (Aro even extended deadline once), and in fact did not sacrifice their time for greater good, at least to create mess with judging (with their voxels it would be harder to pick winner).
Zero18 and Atomic_Noodles had enough courage to create something weird, unusual and risk with those voxels which deserves blurb.
That guy got disqualified, but at least created voxel for competition too.
My voxel got about 90% finished I suppose, and I stopped working on it.

It's not my score... it's the fact that I totally missed out that what I did the final check with was Apollo's tweaked VPL and not plain RA2... which caused those pink dots. -_-
One thing is entering with a lame voxel and another is to entering with a voxel with a such nooby mistake on it.
Also, it wasn't my first voxel. Not even my first released one. I made an Allied WarFacto already and this http://ppmsite.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30238 which proved me already I can't plan out details on my own and this time I had no time to find and follow a design. -_-

I wouldn't beat yourself up too much about it, we all make silly mistakes and to be fair most of us know you like to toy around with modified VPL files anyway so it was assumed the pink dots were somewhat related to that. If you personally think it was a lame voxel then just keep up practising until you're happy with the results you achieve. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
shame I forgot about that I was using Apollo's palette which fixed those pinks.
