Sequence Mysteries?

QUICK_EDIT Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile) close

So that Sequence Tag labelled "Guard" in Infantry. I've been trying out custom frames specifically for that and well... I issued a Guard Command and nothing happens. The Infantry in question still uses their Ready Frames. So does anybody know if Guard even actually works as WW had intended it to or is it just remnant tags?

AFAIK Guard isn't used. However when you put a unit into guard mode, it isn't playing anymore the idle anims.
I would have liked to give my custom infantry some guard frames too.

I was wondering about this as well when I attempted to put some RA1 infantry into Tiberian Sun. When they didn't seem to do anything in guard mode, I payed it no more thought.
