Rev 461 -- This revision changes the way 2D triangle collis

This revision changes the way 2D triangle collisions are detected in CPU. It improves the results from both Origami texture atlas extraction, as it detects less false collisions. However, this collision detector is unable to deal correctly with situations such as the star of David or triangles with very thin angles that I'm being unable to figure out how to fix it at the moment.
