New CAPTCHA for PPM forums.
Subject description: Your prays were answered.
Hello everyone! Once in a while, I receive emails from desesperate users who are unable to beat our CAPTCHA in order to register in our forums. We've been looking for a reliable CAPTCHA that can be used at as many machines as possible. We've found one a while ago and, after some tests, it seems to be reliable enough to replace the current one.
So, today, we have replaced it with the new one for guest posting and to register an account. So, registering here is much easier now. If there is no bot spam in the forums in the next days, this CAPTCHA will be the official one, otherwise, I'll place the old one back. I just don't want this place to become haunted by bots like many other forums around the world.
By the way, it is always important to remind that any member who act like a bot (by infesting the forums with random unauthorized propaganda) os imediately banned and all its posts are deleted as quickly as possible, with no warnings whatsoever. I've changed my mind and my first post. New CAPTCHA is online for guest posting and registering. If something goes wrong, I'll put the old one back, but I doubt I'll need to do it. QUICK_EDIT
I've tested this captcha with a couple of android browsers. It works well with Chrome and fails horribly with Dolphin browser with Jetpack. Apparently, objects can't be dragged and dropped in that browser. If you are a fan of Dolphin, you should temporarily switch to Chrome to create an account here and then, get back to Dolphin. The post above (Guinea Pig Test) was made by me. I've also tried Firefox for Android and the CAPTCHA works fine there. I don't know why Dolphin doesn't let it drag and drop objects and scrolls the page instead. I hope they'll eventually fix it. QUICK_EDIT
Mhm, is it impossible to create a bot that drags every object at random to the designed area (or just a specific pattern)? Otherwise, with a bit of time, the Bot could bypass the captcha (which could be prevented by reloading the game once you fail), or is it far too complicated to ever create such a bot? _________________
So, yeah, I've created a new acc. 'cause no one could remember Ordosherrscher - and I didn't like that name anyway. QUICK_EDIT
You're not allowed to make an unlimited amount of mistakes though, in addition to which the bot also won't be able to know what the designated area is (since you don't always get the same game and the area where you need to drag objects to differs per game). _________________ QUICK_EDIT

The bot wouldn't really play the game. It would try to guess the data that the program expects to receive to approve the player. By making the objects move randomly, this data will become different in every attempt. QUICK_EDIT
