By opening the map editor and looking at the trigger options and spending 5 min to see what options you have.
Events like
-"6 Attacked by any house"
-"7 Destroyed by any house"
and Actions like
-"11 Text Trigger... Display the text identified by the label in Tutorial.ini."
-"54 Disable Trigger"
should be self-explanatory enough.
Then use logical reasoning to apply them in the correct way.
e.g.
Psychic Beacon, Event "7 Destroyed by any house" , Action "54 Disable Trigger" Name_Of_The_Attacked_House_Trigger _________________ SHP Artist of Twisted Insurrection: Nod buildings
