Armored Cars are developed to fill the lack of scout unit as a counterpart of Rangers in Soviet Union after WWII. They can carry 2 infantry which can fire outside the vehicle. They are also armed with Flak system for AA and Machine gun for AG so they are really deathly with true infantry combanations.
