I still don't know if this is a bug or not, But when i save any maps as .map files, it will be always saved as .yrm or .mpr, What is wrong with the map editor?

It is stupid, it auto-detects everything, probably the lack of mission conditions/maps in the [Basic] section.

If you mod RA2 like me, you also have to remove all the things in the FAData.ini that make it decide your map should be YR instead, because adding new terrain, new trees, and even some YR objects will generally force .yrm regardless what it was opened as.
