Feel free to create the graphics for it. If the SHP is good enough, i don't see a problem in adding such a unit to the GT arsenal.

Though i fear that such a unit, which looks like a Battlestar Cylon, would look ingame a bit too much like a Nod Cyborg.
Colorwise it should also match GT's sky blue color and don't have the orange/red color.

If you recolor The Silencer, he's no longer The Silencer.

Very true.  He just becomes an Enforcer if I color over the iconic red, which might be necessary...

Silencers are just Enforcers with red armor and bottomless bank accounts, right? (ok and they get a cooler helmet)

I will try to SHP the Silencer, take some test shots, and post here for feedback.

Can someone fill in a blank for me:  Can one ADD new weapons to the game or do you have to change the existing in the rules.ini?  I did a scary amount of rules.ini editing way back in the day and I thought there was a limitation on adding new weapons or projectiles.  

This isn't the SC or TA engine I know that.   Very Happy

-there's no limit in adding new weapons, projectiles etc
-unit can have only 2 weapons (primary, secondary)

existing logics can be used in different ways to create various effects
see: Weapon tests and new logics
