the tiny 1 voxel big details like the white, black and red spots make it look pixelated ingame.
The texture should be more smooth and anti-aliased to avoid that pixelated look.

The black lower wings are too dark and look like the normals are wrong.

The normals seem wrong as it's a lot brighter when facing south than northeast.

I'll take a look at those pixely bits, I have already decreased them in comparisson to the original, but might have accidentally more in other parts. Any specific part of the voxel or do you mean all over?

The lower black wings are still WIP, my thought was to change them after I'm satisfied with the upper wings.

I also noticed that the normals are wrong and that it's a lot more bright but I'm unaware of how to change the normals depending on the direction. I can't seem to find a tutorial for it either. Does it depend on how you model the voxel or is there another way to achieve it?

If the voxel is filled then just use autonormals in Color and Normal settings, Cubed/Influence will do fine.
