There is no feature that allow limbolaunched unit to return in 0.a, so this is just a non-playable model. It has issues like infinite resurrection, experience get lost every time, and recover full health kind of thing.

Behind the scene:

Deploy weapon's anim kills the user
User's deathanims respawns the user using anim to infantry logic with a delay

weapon's warhead anim spawns an invisible unit
unit has distributed fire tag
unit has AE to limit existing time, the same as respawn delay

Edit: added the weapon to a unit with limited life time so it wont have to resurrect.
