Hello,

Having tileset 'customize', I find myself facing the problem with the software "tilesetBuilder, although I respect the indexing (8 bits) in .png format, the palette generate always remains "empty". (full black)

What can I do?

TilesetBuilder is depreciated, it was dropped in 2015 IIRC.

If you want to create a palette from an 8bit PNG, my best suggestion is XCC Mixer's Copy as PAL feature.
