It's pretty obvious, it's because of 'Oversight', or in other words, 'Greediness' of a Voxel Artist , and that's also the answer to why all of Azri's Voxels weren't all released, it was because of Mental Omega. The 'Oversight' may be because Salted is a Voxeller for a certain mod...
