[Request] Convert Half Life 3d models to 3DS Max 2010

Hello! I have some sort of request here, there's any way to convert the  
Half-Life 1 & HL2 models to 3DS Max 2010 to render them for RA2YR?

I saw that one member did that sucessfuly, but only for Tiberian Sun, I would like to know if there's a way to do it to RA2YR and also wich tools I need to use and how to do it.

Getting Half-Life 2 Models Into 3ds Max | Johnny's Workshop

-once you got the model in 3dsmax, add the correct camera and light setup, adjust the anims to make them loop 8 (for infantry) or 32 (for vehicles) times with the matching camera+light rotating around the unit.
-press render
-convert to shp
