I made it diagonally, so instead of 255 voxel length, I could make it up to around 360.
I had to edit the hva tough, so that it wouldn't appear diagonally. QUICK_EDIT

It's a 3DS model converted to vxl, the converter is scaleable so you can make it as big or as small as you like.

Making it diagonally & then rotating it 45 degrees in the HVA will mess up the normals/lighting. TBH tho the normals don't look bad but I think that's mainly because you've only used a few bright colours.
The extra length you get from making it diagonally is also made redundant because you still have to scale the vxl back down to 255 to avoid rendering problems anyway. Still it's an interesting approach _________________
