Also: I wasn't aware UseNormalLight existed. Then again, I never really cared much for the art code.
What does that one do anyway? I would go to ModEnc, but apparently it doesn't exist.

UseNormalLight makes it so the Animation isn't affected by game lighting so its always "glowing"
