If you have the Terrain Expansion, yes. (I haven't tested this out myself tho.)

Attached are the files, because the TX-installer has a higher guarantee of not working than working.

NOTE: FAData.ini needs a swap at [Actions].11=
It has to be the -4 one that is used.

TX does not add lunar bridges and for a good reason - the logic is broken in Lunar theater and prone to crashes upon interaction.

Okay I thought I was doing some thing wrong. So it just does not work in Lunar. Oh well, I guess land bridges will have to work.
