[3.x < 3.3] Canvas resize box disappears if top is too hi

Description:
If you open any picture, go on resize canvas and start increasing the Top value, it will disappear once the top goes above the size of the Image box. Similar problems may happen with left, right and bottom.
Consequences:
The problem that happens is that the user becomes unable to see the left and right borders even if they fit the image.

Canvas resize does also cause access violation if you try to resize it to a negative size*.
Problems with the Canvas Resize rectangle and negative sized images are fixed in 3.3
* negative of the sum of top and bottom is higher than its own height and/or negative of the sum of right and left is higher than its own width... _________________
