I did this to exercise my creative juices after feeling inspired by Mental Omega 3.0 (and that old pack of recolored civilians on YRArgentina). I decided to recolor the hair from orange to brown to make her more distinctive when used alongside the vanilla version (also, the blue clothing really clashed with the orange hair IMO).

You can use this as either a replacement to the usual CIV1 shp or as a colorful addition to your angry mobs quaint villages and bustling cities.

Comes with both RA2 and TS shadow versions, as well as .PNG frames so you can edit them without being restricted by the game's palette.

I like it, but why did you give her a gun?

She has one in the original SHP, it's just unused in most RA2/YR maps since her entry in the vanilla rules file doesn't give her a weapon, though I think there's a couple missions that have civilians attack stuff. I recolored those frames for completeness' sake.

Huh. Never realized that.
Looks like I'll have to dive deeper into the SHPs for C&C S.
