Making a terrain from scratch
I am sure it's possible to start making a new different terrain for RA2 from scratch, just like what MadHQ did, he made over 2 different terrains, how to do that if SHP builder both 3.36 and 3.38 cannot open tmp, sno, des, urb, ubn, and lun files that come from for example 'isotem.mix'? _________________ If you are a MetalHead (Heavy Metal Fan) and don't want to be a metalhead, Just remove your metal ball from your head. �:p .

You need TMP Editor or TMPShop for thos, AFAIK.
There are 2(+) versions of XCC TMP Editor, for some reason. _________________ One and only developer of the Command & Conquer Dune "C&C D" mod.

QUICK_EDIT
1. you create the graphics with any tool you want (photoshop, 3ds max etc)
