Can you describe in detail how and what should be done to change the visual size of the unit?
I used Bibber's tool, but apparently I do something wrong, because meshes change their size, but the skeleton does not. As a result, the model after the reduction in size simply stretches over the skeleton.
All the information I found fit into the formula:

1.Merge Assets
2.Use the Bibber's tool
3 ???
4. PROFIT!

The problem is that for me, as for the person who came to modding C&C 3 quite recently, this formula does not say anything about where to get the assets and how to merge them - for this reason I could not use vanilla models from SDK, and used the models from mods.
I can only assume that the set of assets is not complete, but I have no idea what exactly is missing and where to get it.

P.S.
I apologize for the bad English, this is not my native language.
