Technically, the RA2 engine is YR's engine, so all SHPs and VXLs/HVAs for RA2 can be used for YR and vice-versa

Ares tunnel feature uses all 4 sides for entry and exit. This could be called something similar to mini factory. Undamaged image could be darkened a bit. QUICK_EDIT

the shadow is way too weak. The inner wall inside the door is as bright as the outer wall.
It looks like there is no self-shadowing at all.
Render a cube as in your quote from kenosis and check if your setup produces the same result
