What does AnimLow, AnimHigh, AnimRate mean?

AnimLow = LoopStart
AnimHigh = LoopEnd
AnimRate is similar to TrailerSeperation in defining the number of frames that need to pass before going to next frame in the anim. (1 is fastest)
There are no Start or End keys for projectiles
