It's really not that hard.
I could probably whip up one in 5-10min and all I'd do is mostly mod existing vanilla sequence, if not much less.

It's not hard to see the point of the post, and apparently others have also seen the same point behind your post. It's not just me who agrees...
It is indeed not difficult. Heck, an average modder can easily learn how to do the sequence. Just a little trial and error and it should not take more than 30 minutes.

Indeed, don't get me wrong, if a vehicle didn't come with an FLH I'd ask for one, cos who knows the work better than the artist, but now the FLH Finder exists, I just do it myself, because I have the means available to.

Anyway, yeah, modders shouldn't expect everything be handed to them. Just being handed a properly rendered SHP should be good enough, in essence I completely concur.
Icons, Ini code, and etc are just the cherry on top, and while it's great to get those, not everyone has the time or patience to do that, especially after rendering the aforementioned SHP.
