Purpose: Radar coverage, Technology advancement
Requires: Power Plant, Tiberium Refinery

Recharge Time: 4 min
Powered: yes
Cost: N/A
Purpose: Recon

Spawns an Informant at the target location, who can then be used to scout out the map. He is fast, cloaked, and has a large sight range but is unarmed and unarmored.

The Communications Array is used by The Forgotten to get in touch with distant tribes and locals within the current mission area. The intel gathered on the field can be used to map out the terrain on the radar minimap, allowing the Chieftain to monitor friendly and hostile troop movements. It also functions as a low level research facility, providing access to better weapons and technology.

-Infiltrate to sabotage the enemy's radar

It's "an informant", not "and informant".
Some forgotten buildings look like they are inspired by GDI's.
And just asking if this mod is going to be released soon, will it be?

These were GDI structures from Reign Of Steel mod so it was inevitable you'd say that.

Mod is far from finish though...

I think it'd be worth editing the buildings in Photoshop, so they use the same brown as all others and are a bit brighter/shinier. Don't think it should take too much work if you just pain a quick layer and fade it in during the last few frames of buildups.
