third frame (severely damaged) is not used by the game.... only i garrisoned...

yeah but...if the third fram is not used by the game then whats the point of having one?

cant you set the damage states to like "extra damage state" on the rules.INI file?

3rd damage state was removed or never enabled for TS. Don't bother trying to get it to work.
