According to the documentation, once it's set to yes, it will use the black flash(Iron Curtain Flash). What I wanted is the blue flash(Force Shield Flash) so I set this IronCurtain.Flash tag to no but it's still using the black flash.
Of course I already listed the warhead on [Warheads] section. I even put the weapon on [WeaponTypes] section. I even tried to add the IronCurtainFlash=yes tag on the [AudioVisual] section.
Did I do something wrong or am I using it wrong? QUICK_EDIT
You're using it wrong, IronCurtain.Flash doesn't go on the warhead of the weapon causing the IronCurtain but instead other weapons.
So for example if you add IronCurtain.Flash=no to the Grizzly Tank's 105mm warhead [AP], when a Grizzly attacks a unit under the effects of an Iron Curtain the impact wont make the unit flash. _________________

Whether units and structures will emit a black or blue flash when hit with this warhead
So, like Mig Eater wrote, it's about whether this specified warhead will cause a flash when it hits a protected object.
If you want to change the color of the flash, you have to swap the values under IronCurtainColor= and ForceShieldColor= tags (but I think the flash color is be hardcoded to black and blue for Iron Curtain and Force Shield respectively).
Or disable flashes altogether (in which case, you should set IronCurtainFlash= under [AudioVisual] to "no"). QUICK_EDIT
